1. Shipping time :
we use the following carriers:very fast and safe delivery by EMS (www.ems.com.cn )TNT( www.tnt.com ) UPS (www.ups.com). DHL (www.dhl.com) and Fedex(www.fedex.com) . The normal delivery time is 7-14 days depending on your location,carrier you choose the kinds of goods.
2. Tracking service:
we will send you with a tracking number by email after we have delivered the goods. we would be appreciated if you can give us the feedbacks after you have received the products.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
Product quality is a top priority for us. We offer 12-month warranty against defects for all products sold from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumables, damage due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, acts of God, or other misuse.
Pre-shipment Quality Assurance Check
We check all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. Custom-made products will go through additional checklist as required by the customers.
For small orders and samples, we execute the quality assurance check for all products. For large order, we use the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) industrial standard to ensure high product quality.
Warranty Period Start Date
The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the initial recipient, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller.
